What is 18/10 Stainless Steel?

All Cadenza Series Flatware is of high quality 18/10 stainless steel. This means that 18% is chromium and 10% is nickel. So what’s the difference between 18/0, 18/8, and 18/10 stainless steel? The higher the nickel content, the more protection flatware has from corrosion. 18/10 stainless steel offers the heaviest feel with the most protection against pitting and corrosion. However, proper care with detergent is still needed to avoid blemishes.
